I’m updating my review from a few years ago. I visited the clinic yesterday and all staff were absolutely wonderful. They were patient, professional and very helpful. Despite the pressures faced by the NHS, the Harlow clinic are fast, efficient and provide effective treatment. Thank you!
Such a credit to the NHS. All staff are very friendly and understanding. You can sometimes get appointments at extremely short notice. Your rarely ever delayed for your appointment while waiting to be seen. The competency of the nurses here are first class. The medication is also free which a nice touch. I must echo the sentiments of the practice though. If you no longer need your appointment please cancel it. They have a very high rate of 'no shows' . This just makes life harder for genuine patients and chokes up the system... read more
