I had this company over for a standard HVAC service for my house that has a Trane Heat Pump. The mechanic had no idea how to work a Nest Thermostat. He did not know how to make the auxiliary heat turn on. He did not check any of the ducts for any obstructions. He did not check or clean the blower wheel or motor to the air handler.
