We had a great experience with Essex Door & Window. Dennis was super helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns. The installation was excellent, and the quality of our new ProVia front doors is outstanding. Our previous doors had been installed incorrectly and always leaked air, making our entryway uncomfortable. In May of 2025 there was a fire at our next door neighbor's house. The fire was so intense it cracked all the windows along my driveway. I contacted Dennis. He and his crew did an AMAZING job!!! The windows are gorgeous and so easy to open, close, and clean. It's been nearly a year since they were installed and we've had some nasty rains over that time...no leaks and no issues with the windows. Thanks so much to Dennis and everybody at Essex. He went above and beyond the call of duty to repair a broken window frame in our home and charges an extremely reasonable rate. Recommend for jobs large and small!
Essex replaced all interior doors (including modeling and hardware). We were very happy with the quality of door and the quality of work, we had them come back to replace 6 windows. Would recommend!
