From my experience I feel Essex Radez is an unethical company and I highly advise against working with them, in any respect. The Managing Director, Nick Radez is simply difficult to work with. In one instance he made a proposal, which we accepted. We upheld our part, then asked him how his part was progressing and the response we received was, "It may help matters if you took into consideration that I'm not obligated. Do you understand?"
