Today was the third time they have failed to show up for an appointment. The first was scheduled for 7 October — nobody arrived, as the appointment had been missed from the diary. Ok, it happens. I got in touch and we rescheduled for 10 October; again, nobody turned up and there wasn’t so much as a message. When I followed up, I was told Ellis would call me ASAP, but no one did. Booked a boiler service well in advance, requested an email confirmation but never received one. I confirmed appointment with them the week before & no one arrived to carry out the boiler service.

Used twice, new boiler, new shower. Sensible price and offered different solutions. Turned up when they said, cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I work for a Letting Agency and one of our properties has had no heating for weeks. After having mis-diagnosed a heating fault, they did reattend to advise it was another fault but then failed to rectify and got to a point where they just ignored contact with them, leaving no option but to go to an alternative Company
