Joe was very professional steering us in the right direction for the carpet we were looking for. He didn't pressure us into something we didn't need (i.e., higher priced). The installation was done with quality in mind by a workhorse named Jay. Totally pleased and recommended!
We are moving to South Burlington from Dallas, TX and due to our timeline, we had to make selections virtually. Jackie put us at ease with multiple phone calls before our virtual meeting. During that meeting, she even covered her phone lens so we would get “FaceTime sick” as she walked around the showroom grabbing different samples. The end result looks great! We like how everything compliments the look we wanted and Jackie helped us stay within budget while achieving the look we wanted. Thank you, Jackie!
While I didn't ultimately use Essex Flooring, I would absolutely recommend them to anybody based on the responsive and proactive communication as well as friends I know who have had top notch product installation from them. Joe was able to get out here to do measurements within 24 hours and gave a really fair estimate for what we originally needed done. If our personal circumstances were different, we absolutely would have used Essex Flooring and I'm so happy to recommend them to anybody.
