I will never never again do business with this firm as they are NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED. I admit I probably made a small mistake on a form they requested. The information included was sufficient so that they could have made a correction directly, in conjunction with the info they already had on file and/or called me to verify had they valued their customers.
