My health has been up and down recently and any time I have needed an appointment or just information Essex Lodge has been great. I work so sometimes it can be difficult to get a booking that works with my timetable, but the receptionists are always willing to help and work with me. Big shout out to Dr Awal he has been a great to me and my children.
Absolutely poor. Receptionists have a bad attidue, doctors can't even get your requests right. Someone needs to look into this place because with the experiences I've had, some of these doctors must be unqualified surely as they get such basic things wrong, genuinely a cause for concern. Receptionists are so rude and so unhelpful I can't even put it into words. When you call, you start explaining your problem and they just cut you off mid sentence to ask for your date of birth. Worst GP practice in London by far. All your receptionist need to be sacked because their attitudes are beyond disugsting. Unwilling to help and couldn't give a toss about your situation even when their incompentence is delaying your treatment. A bunch of sick individuals who shouldn't be allowed to work with people including some of the doctors. Some form of regulator needs to come in and reform this practice because they are beyond useless and they don't care about their patience
I had an appointment today and I needed a follow up in two weeks. The reception staff booked me the next appointment with the same doctor, as per my wish. Thank you, you are the best!
Sara was really sweet and nice, she was helping me with my inquiries, she was really patient and helpful Loved her work and her support! Shes the best!!!!
