Great office. Great staff. Positive Energy in the office!
This place has to BY FAR the absolute worst medical facility in the entire NJ. I have never in my life seen so much incompetency in one place, and the people working there are supposed to be properly administering your medical information….Good Luck, you’ll probably die before they do their job. I’m not exaggerating the slightest bit. Unreal!
Front desk was extremely unprofessional. They were making personal phone calls most of the time while taking patient information which is a huge HIPPA violation. They were on their phones with the volume loud and disruptive as well as having personal irrelevant conversations amongst themselves and cursing.
Best Place ! I Highly recommend this facility Dr. Caruso and Dr. Chang Best of the Best!
