This was our first time building and the Essex Team was Wonderful to deal with. Quality work from the framing, electrical, pluming, finish carpentry and painting crews. Issues - yes there were some but they were addressed and resolved quickly. From the time they dug the foundation it was a 6 1/2 month build process and they kept us informed along the way. Purchasing land is not an easy task, and sometimes there are unforseen issues during the investigative period. They were able to explain to my clients in depth what the issues were, and with everyone working together, we were able to get both transactions closed - and everyone was happy.
