Paid 50% deposit in April to have work done. They have decided to keep the money and ghost. Avoid this company at all costs.
Got a new Vaillant Combi Boiler install done by this company and I highly recommend using them! Really nice guy came round and was very professional - good comms - a five-star experience from start to finish.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently and caused minimum disruption to the household, and they were extremely kind and considerate with my elderly mother. I could not fault their professionalism, safety, conduct and workmanship. Excellent family company that serves Essex. Would highly recommend and will use for yearly boiler service and other house plumbing jobs.
