Very rude and inconsiderate staff. Went there with my mom to accompany her for an exam. When I signed in I mentioned I would have to wait there as we were dropped off by my husband. Person at the front desk waited 15 mins after I signed in to call my mom up to the desk and tell her I couldn’t stay there. If I’d like I could wait outside the door in the cold vestibule for 3 hours. First she should have just let me know instead of passing the message along to my mother .
