Long time Kubota user here. This business and their service department is the main reason why I'm not considering purchasing another Kubota. I sent my existing machine in for repairs here over the summer for some hydraulic issues. After discussing a plan of action, which included certain diagnostic steps, I agreed to a repair. Had a great experience with this dealership. After a salesman, that I had already bought 2 Kubota excavators from (at another dealership, near a "town line" ) told me twice that I didn't need a thumb on the U17 I was ordering, I called Essex Equipt. and they were happy to sell me the machine, install a nice thumb on it, and bring it to my shop when it was all done!

Don’t bother calling them for service unless you bought your equipment from them, regardless of the fact that they have appointment availability.
