My general dentist referred me to this place for a root canal. The doctor who did the treatment was very informative and professional. The procedure went smoothly with minimal pain. I had a root canal treatment done by my general dentist a few weeks ago. To compare, this place did a much better job. The office staff were also more pleasant and courteous. My overall experience with Essex Endodontics was very positive and I am thankful to the doctor and staff. Highly recommended.
I had an appointment at 9am July 15th 2025. They send an automated appointment notice with no appointment date & time,or location. They also dont accommodate parking,and claimed they never received referral. Then as a patient not knowingly needing my insurance card said something and I just requested to leave. Unprofessional place I definitely dont recommend them for any dental services.
not helpful at all they are very slow. The woman in the front are rude. He does not know what he’s doing. He needs to retire Does not know what he’s doing. I’m bringing my son back for the third time and he still cannot get it right I will no longer be using his services
I didnt have transportation nd had to do a root canal i was told i was put on standby still haven’t had any contact… this exactly why i dont l going to the doctors cuz they do crap like but like to pretend they have u best interest at heart heart
Dr. Maycow is the best dentist I’ve ever encountered. My root canal went smoothly. He has a calm soothing demeanor. The staff is great. Especially Natalie! She got me in so fast!
