The people here do NOT answer the phone, when they do call you back they are really rude.whoever is in charge of the front desk needs to be fired… I WILL NOT trust these people working on my mouth…

I went to this place once before and they were really nice. The only problem is you have to go in person and make an appointment. No one ever picks up the phone. Or returns your messages Very unprofessional! It shouldn’t be that hard to call someone back just so that they can make an appointment.

Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I called this office two weeks before my appointment specifically to confirm whether the services I needed would be covered by my insurance, and I was told that they would be. Then, on the actual day of my appointment, I was suddenly told that the tooth scan might not be covered and that the office was on hold with my insurance trying to figure it out. Called twice on separate days, no answer both times and now their voicemail box is full from all the other people who are just trying to get dental treatment.

This is the most impossible office to get a hold of . I been waiting for almost 3 months for a scan from this office .I can never get through my insurance has approved this and I can't get a call back . I must have left about 15 messages NEVER have I received a call back and I'll never listen to that horrible answering service with 60000 instructions to follow. Guess I'll be looking for another endodontist
