I came during business hour. No one there, door is locked, no sign to expect what time they are back. I called the business number, went straight to a notification that they do not take call due to high volume of call???, no voice message. * The owner replied and emailed me back the same day and I understood he was out to help other customer in need.
This was my first experience with Essex, and it won't be my last! Gord, and the team went above and beyond to get my shocks to me 2 weeks before the ETA. Great place to do business with, friendly, courteous and professional....A+++++!!!!
Parts were delayed about 3 weeks, twice as long as expected. I understand this can happen sometimes but I would expect a note if the delivery date is that much later. The only way to check order status is to email, so I had to keep sending emails to get an update. I chose to pick up the items at the warehouse, which has already quite restrictive hours (9:00-17:00 Monday-Thursday).
