All in all, the experience was much smoother than I thought.
I had a procedure done at this office and was extremely disappointed with the lack of continuity of care afterward. Apparently, both doctors from the office went on vacation at the same time for about a week, while I was still dealing with significant pain and needed follow-up care. During that time, I had difficulty getting pharmacy confirmations for medication refills and getting the help I needed.
