I’ve had great experiences with Jim and Beverly. Their service is second to none. Need a ride no problem, pick up and delivery of your vehicle is a great touch in my busy day. Tires and challenging repairs seem to be their specialty. Jim can fix anything and Beverly can make Jim do anything. I’ve rented trucks there too with ease. Great people.

Made it to work and found out I had a flat. Didn't have a spare and had just purchased new tires. Gave Essex Detailing a call and they promptly picked the car up while I was at work, salvaged the tire, and returned the car to me before I had to head home from work. Excellent service and very friendly as well. Would reccommend to anybody!
Essex detailing and tire went above and beyond with friendly service and attention to detail. Purchased four new tires and they installed and balanced and even vacuumed my car. They seriously gave it back to me better than I left it. astonished. great people
Hands down the best service imaginable. Prices match and/or beat the big national tire stores... and they will NEVER match the attentiveness and professionalism here. With three teenagers in the house I plan to use them each and every time we need tires. A+++

Jim's thorough knowledge of automobile engines, his patience to explain the "why's", his attention to detail and complete follow through is the reason why Essex Detailing deserves a 10 Star Rating. I feel like I'm the luckiest customer in all the land!
5 greatful stars. Jim and Bev were able to get top of the line Nokian tires right away and fit them on very difficult wheels. The all-inclusive price was better than Town Fair or Tire Rack. Besides the friendly personal service, they cleaned the wheels, washed and vacuumed. Who does that anymore? I won't go anywhere else. Congratulations on a great operation!
