Essex detailing provided the highest level of customer service and care. I cannot say enough about the experience.
I've had good experiences in the past but my most recent experience was not so great, spent a very large amount of money on what were supposed to be top tier tires. There was a severe balancing issue on 1 of the 4 tires, they installed over 20oz of wheel weights and put the tire in the right rear. Unfortunately I didn't notice this until I went to rotate my tires for the first time many months and miles later.
