I am not happy with my care thus far I have called last week and requested to speak with a nurse manager and was told ok we’ll pass your information along and nobody has called me as of yet. I feel like I’m being treated as a joke. This ob birthed my first born and I feel I had better care then. Now I’m on hold to see if I can speak with a nurse manager this is ridiculous EDIT: Diane the nurse manager called and we spoke about my issue etc and she made me feel heard which she felt much better to me. My experience at Dr. Richio’s office could not have been better. This was my first visit to her office. The doctor and her staff were all very professional, courteous and caring. I felt comfortable and at ease. It was a pleasure to interact with everyone, and I look forward to returning next year.
Dr. Richio is very nice, courteous and understanding. She listens to you and helps you feel very comfortable talking about your medical concerns and answers all your questions.
