I also used to love this clinic when I had a different nurse, a few times the receptionist has given an attitude so I gave one back and they didn’t like that. 3 times she has forgot to fax my prescriptions after repeatedly asking for them to, I’ve mentioned a few health concerns and I get ignored or looked at like I’m crazy. Also argued with me about my mother’s health problems and she called me a liar. Very upset with this place
Use to love this clinic when I had a different nurse. She left and they assigned me a new one. Patient care just isn't there anymore. I get hung up on and given attitude by the receptionist. It's impossible to get forms filled out and they take forever to book appointments then they bail on you. Time to find a new clinic. Do better Ms Macvoy
