It’s absolutely unacceptable to schedule intake appointments, and on the day of the appointment the patient finds out all intakes had been canceled and was given no notice. Cancelling without notice to the emotionally unstable and mentally ill is incredibly dangerous. Shame on you, you’re going to get someone hurt.
They got a new therapist Charlene, my best advice to u save yourself the trouble and time. Just a complete waste .
Given the resources we’re working with in the North Country, and the smaller pool of healthcare professionals we have to occupy these positions, they do a great job. The front desk and nurses have always been extremely kind to me. The new dr my child is seeing seems very engaging.
This place is a disgrace to the name of health care.
