I called Essex boiler care as I had no hot water and my boiler was not working properly. Stephen came round the very same day and explained to me about the water pressure and had my boiler working again. He is a very genuine guy and explains everything clearly. I also had my boiler serviced by him a week later. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We had Stephen round recently to look at our boiler we was having a problem with. It didn't take him long to find the fault & we was able to source a replacement part which he came to fit along with a new filter that was leaking. A lovely guy, will not hesitate to contact him if & when needed in the future & would highly recommend.
