We brought our grandson’s car in since he had let QUITE a few things slide over the last year. Scott was communicative about the car’s needs, worked with us to determine priorities and costs and was overall super! We thought the car would have to remain there a few days but Scott had it completed in one day. We were impressed and QUITE happy! Thanks, Scott!
I've been using Essex Automotive for the past year and have always had a great experience. They've mounted and balanced my tires, replaced a water pump, and handled routine maintenance and quick service for my vehicle. The team is professional, honest, and efficient, and they consistently do quality work at a fair price. It's nice to have a shop I can trust to take care of my car and get me back on the road quickly.

This place told me I needed a $7,000 transmission. I felt it to be a little funky had the car sent to the local new car dealer to find out it was a torq converter repair was less then $1,000. The new car dealer told me the codes were obvious and easy to diagnose. Turns out this local shop was trying to rip off a young kid. I would not recommend this business to anyone after this experience.
