Left my vehicle at 08:30 when they asked me to .. when will it be ready I said, a couple of hours they said.so i came back 2and a half hours later , vehicle still outside.so I went to reception who said your vehicle is next. No explanation from mechanic, just let the receptionist cover for them. Very unprofessional
