Affordable training, keeps me disciplined, and the coaches are friendly. I’ve learned a lot on how to protect my body during weightlifting.
Culver City’s best kept secret! Doesn't look like much when you walk past but it's a totally different story when you walk in. Every coach is experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and detail-oriented. I highly recommend if you're looking to transform your life and have accountability. I was coached by Jimmy and he's the absolute best! Each athlete gets a personalized workout based on our goals.
