Made an appointment on the phone. Showed up and there was "no record of my appointment." I was then told that they weren't sure how I got an appointment because they weren't allowed to administer services at that time. Drove 30 minutes each way for nothing. Too bad.

This business sold services and then when the nurses all quit they wouldn’t return the money. When they called to cancel they were rude. Horrible company that lost customers of over 4 years. Buyer beware!
I went in to this place asking if they are by appointment only or if they take walk ins. I didn't get a straight answer. I asked about getting a body wrap and massage. The receptionist said she had to call the massage therapist on the phone and see if she was available. She wasn't. I asked to get the wrap and they said they had an event going on in the evening that they were setting up for - I was in there at 9 am. So I left.
