Do not get a job at Essentra aka M&M packing. This is the most nasty place I have ever worked. No cleaning crew bathrooms, break room, etc. Had a massive Covid break in the summer time and still no mask required. The management there are not professional at all. High turnover with no guidance or structure. Never report issues to HR they will not do anything and have a way of flipping back on you.
