Greetings! I was a first time customer when I visited Essentials Metrowest spa for facial services and a massage. The massage portion went ok then a facial followed. My face was a little red when finished but I was told the this was normal with facials. A few days later, I contacted the spa to inform them that the places where the extractions were made during facial have swollen up and I was a little worried. Able to get same day appointments most of time. They offer chair massage. Better for me- unable to lie down on stomach.
Best massage ever! Everyone was so pleasant and clean atmosphere.
The massage is everything have you feeling good leaving out I was in so much pain when I came I left with no pain thanks to Lucy she very good.

For the price that was paid for a Valentine's couples massage, I could've had a better massage at Whole Foods Market for less. When you request a "DEEP" massage and you only get shimmery lotion rubbed on you...I could've done that myself at home. I had to ask for the headrest to be changed because it smelled wet & sour like a mildew smell. I never even had my neck or shoulders touched...yet I requested full body (and that seems like basic 101 spots).
