6/2/18 4pm - A massage therapist came out saying it was a clients birthday and he needed a glass of wine for his client and the receptionist said since when, massage therapist said since policy. In front of us they were having a debate on who was going to pour the glasses of wine for the client waiting. This made me feel very uncomfortable as I’m sitting here waiting for my service. We were on vacation, and three of us came because of the amazing spa packages they offer! We were not disappointed! Everyone was friendly and understanding ( we were a little late due to traffic). We received a massage, facial, and mani pedi for a killer deal... and everyone went above and beyond! Special shout out to the girl who did my nails! She was so sweet and did a fantastic job! � will def be back next time we’re in town!
I had a couples massage February 6, 2017 and the massage therapist put a towel underneath my neck and jerked it in an upward motion. That caused me to have 3 herniated cervical disc' from which I have suffered chronic pain and nerve damage even after a year later. This also lead to me having to have spinal surgery after which I'm now have a metal plate in my spine. They scarred me for LIFE! I would never recommend Essentials Spa and Salon to anyone that values their quality of life.
Awesome massage for my wife and I on our honeymoon. Fast reception area and excellent massage therapists made sure we were relaxed and stress free!
I have had a lot of massages and by far this is the best!!! I had a Groupon and upgraded for a deep tissue massage every part of my body feels great I definitely recommend this place!
