I purchased a Groupon and called to confirm the location was in orange city and made my appointment. When I got to the facility they had no record of my appointment and the older lady with silver hair at the front desk was very rude. I showed my call log and she said it was the metro west location which I didn’t even know they had, I told her I confirmed on the phone that I would be going to the orange city location and she literally talked to me like I was the biggest inconvenience of her life.
