The customer gotta be better. Update the website because how can I refer ppl and the website is wrong and the customer service is not good..this the 2nd time and I cannot continue to ignore it. I wish I never put money on my gift card at this point because now I’m forced to drive 30 mins there and the service is bad. I gave 3 stars because the actual people whom do the spa treatment are excellent!

Had a massage with Allan - it was amazing and the accommodations of Essentials spa are superior.
