What a joke! My husband's went up there several times for massages with Sheila loves the service! Last week he was overcharged $30 been calling for 3 days trying to get it back? Joke owner Chris gets on the phone today is very snotty with me and then proceeded to hang up! Great way to run a service I guess we're just out of $30

The good news is that your credit card refund was issued roughly 1 hour after your first phone call to Jason, the day your husband mistakenly put the total in the spot that asks for the tip. With one phone call Jason was able to get the mistake credited on your account. Our mistake was after Jason telling you that we would fix it, we did not then call you back to confirm we had it corrected.
