They have good facilities like sauna, steam and whirlpool but their customer service is terrible. They are not transparent about their charges and cancellation are not refunded until you call them. Edit after owners response: we have always been charged for cancellations for same day and no shows. We had $400 in credit that we were not refunded for months and none of the staff members told us. I had the most amazing experience at Essentials Day & Spa. Alejandra made me feel completely at ease and every detail felt so thoughtful. I had lip fillers done during my visit, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Alejandra took the time to understand what I exactly wanted, and made the whole process feel very comfortable. My lips look natural and beautifully balanced exactly what I hoped for. Highly recommend this place not only for aesthetics purposes but also for relaxation.

I’ve seen Katrina twice now, and both times have been absolutely relaxing. She’s incredibly skilled and attentive, and spent some time discussing areas of concerns—she worked on my knee pain , and the relief I felt after each session was releifing. Her pressure was right on point the entire time, and her long, flowing strokes were both deeply therapuetic. I came here for a massage that was gifted to me for my birthday. The facility is modern, clean and smells amazing. The massage therapist’s pressure was excellent and quite literally hit the spot. The entire experience was so good but I’m taking off one star because I was called in at 12:38pm for my 12:30pm appointment and the massage ended at 1:25pm. Obviously I’m nitpicking because I could’ve have used that 15 minutes of relaxation! Hope they used a timer for the full 60 minutes. Otherwise, highly recommend.
