Stay away!!! I've tried this place twice. The first time I had a female therapist and I was unhappy with the quality of message. So I decided I would try it again, but request a male the second time. But it was even worse. Also both experiences I was cold the whole time. The second time I requested a warm towel or another blanket. So the guy put a hot wet towel on my back and then left it there for so long that it became cold and made me even colder. Best Massage Ever!!! I had a Deep Tissue Massage at Essentials Westchase and let me just say it's the best massage I have ever had!!! I had serious knots in my shoulders and neck from stress, and the therapist I had worked them out no problem. Definately making this my new Spa, and a weekly stop!!!
