After moving to Langley I had hard time making the 1hr drive into Vancouver to see my old stylist. After trying couple of spots in town and not being fully satisfied I decided to try essentials. Receptionist (short girl with blonde hair and thick false eye lash) has an arrogant tone & reluctant attitude. She picked up call when responding to my appointment, saying that she will put the call on hold and continued her chat. I waited a minute then left. This is subtle harassment. If you dislike people, why run the business?
