I ordered some oral surgery instruments at a dental convention. After receiving nothing for a couple weeks I called the company. I called three times and no response. I also sent two emails on the website and no response. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the charges through my credit card company because I paid for them. I really wanted those instruments too.
