I LOVE this med spa! Every single staff member is incredibly welcoming. The specific esthetician I see is personable, and does a great job at explaining different treatments and aftercare procedures. She also does a great job at figuring out what it is I need, and tailors my appointment to that. She won’t recommend anything that doesn’t fit my specific skin needs or lifestyle. I’m in awe of my customized facial with Jasmine! She analyzed my skin to the full extent and because I have rosacea, she was very careful with what she applied to my face. Walked out nice and glowy. Good work overall!
I’ve been here a couple of times, I really like the whirlpool with the mimosas and the hour massage, I just noticed that I never get the full 60 mins ( might sound small , but I paid for 60 mins and would like the full 60 mins) once I took my clothes off to get on the massage table I looked at my phone it said 2:11pm once I was finished and she said “ Ok “You can get dressed “ the clock said 2:58pm that’s not a full 60 mins other than that, she did great
Lovely environment at Essentials and wow… Scarlet was magical! She’s so kind and really knows what she’s doing. I felt comfortable the whole time and left feeling completely relaxed. Honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had!
