I recently went in and saw Zaskia, who gave me a deep cleansing facial and threaded my eyebrows. This is easily the best experience I’ve had at a med spa. Not only did Zaskia keep me informed about my skin type, and recommendations on how to manage my skin, but she was also so gentle and painless! My eyebrows have also never looked so good. Can’t recommend her enough! I will be back
I had such a wonderful experience at this family-owned salon! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. My eyebrow appointment was fantastic—they took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and shaped my brows perfectly with great attention to detail. All I can say is Zaskia knows how to take care of her clients. She is so caring, sweet and you can tell her goal is to have every client walk out of Essentials feeling more beautiful & confident than how they walked in. Driving 1 hour every month to essentials to get my brows done is so worth it 🤍
The unprofessional customer service here is unbelievable. They are extremely rude to customers. They get smart when asking questions. It was then I decided not to make an appointment. Customer service is everything. If you want a place that has good customer service this is not the place to get services from. If they treat potential customers this way ... there is no telling how you will be treated once an appointment is made.
They refused me service simply because I left a review stating that “ The service was good but I didn’t get the full 1 hour massage “ ( not knowing that the consultation and getting dress was part of the 60 min massage) which they later told me that that’s why it wasn’t 60 mins. I’ve been going here for a while I’ve even referred others to this location. And for her to get upset because I voiced MY personal opinion and experience is crazy. I never once bashes this place I just stated I didn’t get a full 60 min
