I honestly found the staff very friendly and kind — the woman who did the treatment was especially nice. However, I feel the HydraFacial was overpriced for what you actually receive. The treatment only included the pen and red light therapy. There was no deep cleansing or exfoliation before using the pen, and they did not extract or clean pimples. I’ve been going to Essentials for many years. Liz is the best in everything she does! From facials, electrolysis & personal skin care. I would highly recommend Essentials!!!

Liz is a jewel! I have been going to her for years electrolysis and microneedling. She is extremely knowledgeable on all of the current products and services. She’s kind, patient and really listens to the needs of her clients and over delivers consistently.
