Check out the new power plate classes!!! Had me SWEATING in 30 minutes! Candace is a very educational instructor & her knowledge with this super cool, high tech piece of equipment is impressive. Though I chose to lift a heavy weight, there was options of lighter weights & she gave multiple options of each exercise we did to set each person up for success! I will definitely be back! Thank you!
