I chose their 2 week unlimited class plan, and it was definitely worth the price. It’s a small room, and everyone is super sweet. I enjoy their slower classes for the more “grandma yoga” style as it’s more calming, faster paced classes tend to feel more like a workout

I recently joined this yoga studio, and it has completely changed the way I feel about yoga. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how kind and non-judgmental everyone is. There's a real sense of community here that's hard to find elsewhere. It's warm, welcoming, and feels like a safe space where you can just be yourself. A loving beautiful place to practice yoga. I have taken almost every class over the last 3 years. Each teacher offers something different and unique. It is a place to learn new poses and refine old ones. I love it here at Essential You Yoga. You will feel welcome and make new friends. It is a peaceful , safe place to practice yoga and meditation.

I had great experience. I enjoyed combination of yoga with Journaling and learning about different ways to reduce stress during holidays.
