They take your ID and take pictures of it to keep on file without telling you in case they have to send you to collections. They will also keep your card on file so they are able to charge you if you don't show up. Spa is also not in a great area, would see homeless people walking around constantly. Spa is also outdated on the inside and could use some renovations. Manager here is also very rude and will smile in your face and talk about you as soon as you leave.
I have a membership here. Mindy is the best masseuse!
This place has some miscommunication issues within the company. I was due for a massage on the 8th of January however they called to cancel the day before around 1-2pm and was rushing me to call back right away with the day and time I can come in because they closed at 3pm. I was coming with a group so it was going to take me time to figure out when a good time would be for them. Got that together called back. We then worked it out for everyone to go on the 9th.
