They change the pick up days and don't show up!
I have been using this company since 2023 and this past year their service has been off and on very bad. The driver goes when he wants to. I have in the past received notices and we have been more than understanding however this Thsnksgiving and Christmas week have forced me to make this review. The week before Thanksgiving they did not pick up then the week of Thanksgiving again no pick up. I called and sent text messages and no answers. We’ve been using Essential Waste Service LLC for about 2 years, and their service has been consistently reliable and professional. Our trash and recycling are always picked up on time, and the workers are courteous and respectful. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it makes a difference. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable waste removal!
When they pick up, they’re good. Customers just should not have to wonder whether or not they should haul trash out to the curb just in case these people actually show up. Let us know!!
