Jessie is amazingly talented, super caring, and sweet. Most effective massage therapist I've met. I usually sleep during massages, but I love chatting with Jessie because she's such a great person. The hour goes by sooo fast. She's very understanding if something comes up and you have to cancel; just communicate that to her. Don't be a no-show because it's disrespectful of her time, and she'll charge you for it because she loses out on a client during your appointment. I had a great first massage with Yesenia under a 3-pack groupon, but the second session didn't feel effective. Both times felt like there was possibly too much oil applied. The room is small and there's not a good place to set your things. Booking the appointments is a little challenging and the cancellation/no-show policy is very stringent. I did not receive a call regarding my no-show for the third appointment and was charged $80 despite the massage being covered by a groupon that was purchased. Refund was refused so unfor... read more
