Did rental yesterday Excellent customer service. She was very professional . Everything went smoothly and and quick.
Lady that worked the desk was amazing
Went in today 3/8/2026 to pickup a reserved auto trailer. I just want to say that the lady working was absolutely amazing. She had some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered in any sector. She was courteous, delightful and helpful. She multitasked so efficiently. It was very busy but she went the extra mile every time. I’m sad that I can’t remember her name but I wanted to acknowledge her outstanding service.
Came here for a RESERVED U-Haul pick up and no one was at the office or would answer the phone. Very unprofessional. Use a different U-Haul pick up place. Edit to add: thank you for the apology. :)
