Receptionist on duty 01-04-2024 was very rude and condescending to my fiancé who was trying to schedule an appointment to figure out her chronic illness. If an office receptionist for a doctor who specializes in pain cannot handle the vague but concerning symptoms that come with chronic illness, they should find employment in a field that requires less empathy and understanding.

3rd visit broke the Carmel back. Nothing worse then a person seeking help and a doctor who doesn't take the time to read your chart! Both time with the doctor at the Marion location I was left in the waiting room 30-45 mins. Then was told I could just reschedule if I don't feel like waiting(out his own mouth) not the doctor for me. I feel mistreated and discriminate against! He never even called me by my name. I am very happy with the results of my procedure. Dr. Verma was great. He listens where your pain is and explains what and how he can help. I would highly recommend Dr. Verma to anyone with chronic pain. Especially to those who want to be opiod free. Thank you Dr. Verma The staff at New Horizon Surgery Center were awesome. Kind and concerned with making you comfortable. Thank you Sincerely to all the ladies and gentlemen who participated in my procedure.

Dr Verma and his staff are very caring. He fines what the problem is and takes care of it. I would recommend Dr. Verma to anyone that has back pain.

Dr Verma is a great Dr. He is sensitive to his patients wants and need, doesn’t force treatment your uncomfortable with. Very knowledgeable and explains things in depth so you can understand
