I moved into a new build and, or course, solicitors of all kinds started knocking at the door. One I sat down with, the other skipped our consultation and never heard from again. For years I have tried in vain to have my now 9 year old solar system serviced. I was continually told to go back to the original installers; no one else would work on it. My original installers went out of business years ago. At one point a number I had called for this purpose actually returned my call. That is how I met Liz.
