Extremely dissapointed in the service.. my parents had a large system including battery system fitted in January.. now in march and system is still not connected.. all the electronics were disassembled by their fitters and no communication on why system is not commissioned.. just excuses of possible faulty inverter, software ect.. promised several times to send someone to repair but still nothing weeks later.. would not recommend..
Engaged Essential Solar for a large and complex installation (80kw of solar, 140kwh of batteries). Took a while to work through the complexity but Essential Solar (Thank you to David and Vignesh) put in enromous hours to get it working. Very happy with the result.
