I book a service with this group through Groupon. I first sent an email, waited a week, no response. So then I sent another email, another week, no response. Then I called every hour for 2 days based on the number and operating hours listed on their websites. The line was either busy or said “we are having technical difficulties”. I strongly recommend against booking with this establishment. When I entered, I found trash everywhere. There were also bugs flying around the massage beds, and the place had a musty smell with noticeable dust. I can't understand how anyone could run a business in such poor condition. I will definitely not be booking with them again. It was a complete waste of my time and money! A real disaster! In addition to everything mentioned, the lady named Kameal was rude and unpleasant.
