The company is a scam! They don't answer my calls so I guess I'm going to have to drive over there and demand my money for a job they referred me to the 99 cent store in Bakersfield California plus I'm going to charge him trip charge as wellperiod
The company I work for has been trying to collect over $2000 in past due invoices for services performed 11 mos ago. When you call they tell you the check is mailed, or will be mailed on such & such date, or is submitted to be cut. Now we get no answers at all, only the answering service. We've left multiple messages, emailed invoices, mailed invoices & even faxed them. Nothing. Don't use them, they don't pay their bills. **They also do business as Pacific Air Conditioning and Heating**
They pay you what they want to pay you when they hire you to do work. I would suggest that you start contacting the places where the work is done, and put liens on the places until you get paid. Better yet do not do work with this company, and spread the word so he doesn't do this to anyone else.
Contractors beware.. This company does not pay their bills... we were given approvals and po's but never any payment. The owner refuses to pay
