I have been renting this apartment for 2 weeks now and I have had a great experience throughout my stay. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and located in a very convenient area. The appliances are all new, which make day-to-day living easy and comfortable. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, which added to the peaceful atmosphere of the place. Let me tell you, Nicole & Janet are the ROCKSTARS of property management in Detroit 🤩!!! Actually of the whole entire world!!!! They are the definition of professionalism & efficiency!!!! I will only EVER rent from them and from no one else!!!!!!
Nicole and the whole team are great, easy move in, quiet apartments, clean laundry room and like I said attentive staff!
Update: moved into a newly renovated building in SW, Broderick Manor. Units are really nice, new floor, updated amenities, but all the same charm. Nicole is the best, is always responsive and really looks out for her tenants!
