I feel fortunate to have Nicole managing my apartment. She does an incredible job organizing things administratively and keeping things tidy around the building. Whenever I have an issue I can count on Nicole to help me resolve things as quickly as possible.

Update 2/2025: This management group was so bad I moved buildings. Then one year later bought the building I’m in and for the last two years ran it into the ground. Broken gates for months, packages stolen consistently for the last year, tenants without heat, no emergency maintenance line, impossible to talk to building owners. Consistently like this for years, don’t rent with them.
I came to the Detroit area for a project and needed a place for at least a year. The property manager (Nicole) was able to get me into an apartment within a couple days of me contacting her. After being there a few months my situation changed and I needed a little bigger place so she worked that out for me as well. When I was notified that I would be there longer than my lease she was very helpful in getting my lease extended.
