Jack saved us on Christmas morning when our hot water system burst. Not only did he give up his Christmas morning to help our family and ensure we had running water in the house again, but he’s a really nice, down to earth guy. His communication with the real estate and our landlord was really efficient and he stayed on top of everything to make sure the issue was fixed ASAP. We’re really appreciative and would highly recommend Jack.

After just moving into our house that we bought, we came home to find the worst smell all through our home, sewage is what it smelt like. Being a Sunday, we phoned a few plumbers and Jack from Essential Plumbing & Drainage Solutions responded and as the job was complex and being a Sunday, he couldn’t complete the job, so he made sure it was safe and we had a temporary solution till he was able to resolve the issue.
